Please help me on Raikou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Esxuse me does anyone on site have a cheat to catch raikou or a really easy way to catch it. I've played the whole game Pokemon Crystal and finished every thing except catching raikou, so if any has a tip please respond. Thank you. | |

Try using a GameShark code to run into Raikou in the wild
