That's a cool looking guitar. I was debating between black and red. I eventually went with red, as it just looked much more appropriate for playing Queen songs :) But must of the time I'm not even playing Queen songs, so perhaps I should have gone with black!

I would love to have one of those myself....I remember seeing somehting about there being a left-handed version, at that.....hmm...I wonder how converting a righty model of that to lefty would work.....probably no better or worse than what I did to a right handed Strat I got my hands on a long time ago.....I guess I'd just have to hope all those pickup switches wouldnt be in the way too much...
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye

There is a left-handed version.

Musicfriend.com & Samedaymusic.com both sell leftys for $850.00 US dollars or so. I have seen leftys on ebay for about $700.00. Farlander, how happy are you w/ your Burns? Other than being a Queen/May fan. How versital is it really? Does the tremlo interfere w/ the six pick-up switches? I have been reading alot about the guitar & that seems to be the only really major complaint. How is the balance? I also hear it's neck heavy. What are you playing it through? I have the Vox AD30VT & am expecting a Vox "Deacky" amp in the mail any day now. Any favorite settings? Have you modified the guitar at all?

Oops, sorry I didn't see this sooner.

I'm really happy with it. I've never had trouble with the tremelo interfering with the pick-up switches.

For the Brian May sound, I'm playing it through a Vox Deacy and a Vox Valvetronix AD-60 amp. I plug the guitar into the Deacy, turn the gain all the way up, and take the booster output from that into the Valvetronix. I use the AC-30 amp on that, with the treble booster up all the way. Very nice Brian sound.
