Exellent ... hope it is just a start ... adding just one song each from the Miracle, Innuendo and Made in Heaven that have never been performed live (replacing 2 or 3 GH type songs)... songs like:
Breakthru
Bijou (in guitar solo) OR I Can't Live with You OR The Hitman
Made in Heaven OR Let Me Live
I would definitely buy the upcoming Hollywood Live release if it had FRESH material rather than just a GH rehash.

Perhaps aKoM, LH & IWIA could be removed from the setlist in favor of 1989 to 1995 era songs (as suggested in my previous post) that have never been performed live before? ...
I love both AKOM and LH, but I agree, drop them in favour of other 89-95 stuff - but IWIA is a keeper!
Pictures from this amazing show are up at my page!
Brian´s Long Away - it´s a great!!
Wegotit's site says they played Say it's not true (Roger sings)and others say they played Long away sung by Brian.Which one is true?
ok, it seems that they played both!
on brianmay.com it says that long away was not full played. It was a bit of the song. What was the length of the version in Pesaro?
Who knows that?
Who knows that?
It was only the first verse and one chorus.
But nevertheless... YAY!!! Awesome, one of my number one's to hear. I've been screaming for Long Away on every Brian solo gig! ;-)
Let's hope it's a keeper!

I was in Pesaro:One minute of Long Away before '39: Brian introduce the song: This is an experiment...
exactly...
the almost complete sentence was: "ok let me play something I LIKE. THis is a sort of experiment"
not the whole Pesaro audience sang it with Brian, and he was playing the guitar and singing just to see if the audience recognized and knew it. After the Long away moment he made a smile (i have my own idea about its meaning) and then started '39.
i have taken some pictutres of that concert, one in the long away moment i'll post them later
bye
Lorenz
any questions about Pesaro or Milano? ;)

sorry double post
Long Away is excellent! its the first Queen song I ever learned how to play on guitar. Love it, Love it!!! BUT... enough w/ the dick teasing of just playing one verse of a song, same as on 39. i want the whole thing. You'd never hear IWTBF edited to one verse. Hell even one verse is too much! I think it's great Brian pulled this one out. But lets hear the whole song!

Roger and then Paul, as usual!
Hey guys, don't forget the terrific drum intro to "I'm In Love With My Car" that Roger did...!!!
