Outside of white bread, what's your favorite bread, (no not the kind that comes in denominations now...greenbacks don't count).
Rye, Challa, Pumpernickle, wheat. etc.
I like wheat overall, mixes best for most meats & such for sandwiches.
But challa makes the BEST french toast.

Challah. Or as some people pronounce it, CHallah, as in CHeese.
Wheat is my favorite, but I like sourdough (when it's fresh), rhye, pumpernickle..Actually, I love all breads of every kind. I could seriously live off of bread, I eat it plan without anything whether it's fresh or toasted. I think the company When Pigs Fly make the best breads. They have a wide variety of flavors, but I think my favorite is their harvest bread.
Challah is great, and so is wheat and sourdough. I'm equal opportunity when it comes to bread though! :)
