What kind of difference would you like to know? They have different sound quality, DVD has few additional videos, all videos are present in the full form (on VHS they're all in segue and some footages are absent because of it), some videos have different edits (We Will Rock You, Fat Bottomed Girls), some are absolutely different (Bicylce Race) etc. etc. etc. The same is about GFII and GVHII.
