Ive got the rainbow concert video, and i was allways amazed of the live sound that queen had in this concert, there were a few moments i had noticed when i thought they were not playing entirely live ! one occasion is during march of the black queen where it seems freddies piano is playing itself ! or it could be a delay on the piano to make a bigger sound, has anybody else noticed this ?
but i still love this gig its one of my favs

How in the bloody fart are you supposed to make both of these files work???
Well... You download it, and then you extract the first file (it will automatically extract the second) with winzip or winrar.
Has any1 got the one where they did seven seas of ryne and stone cold crazy?
Bloody brilliant quality this one!!
Great and thanks.
Great and thanks.
As to the question did Queen use overdubs for the Live At The Rainbow film, yes they did. It's actually mentioned in an int. with Freddie from I believe, 'Sounds' magazine from 1975, where the interviewer met up with Freddie while he was in the studio, working on vocal overdubs for the film. I'll find the exact paragraph later and post it here.

Queen played the rainbow 3 times..
20-11-1974 is filmed and completely? released
31-03-1974 is filmed but only 2 songs are found as far as I know, the audio is complete
and they played 19-11-1974 I wonder if there is an audio of this concert
Okay, I'll try to set this all straight:
3-31-74 is the incomplete audio recording linked for download through this topic. Indeed, 2 video songs exist. There are no overdubs on this show. It is purely live. Yes, they sounded that good. :)
11-19-74 and 11-20-74 - The audio from both of these shows was used for the official video, but the visual footage is only from the second night. That's why the video sometimes doesn't match the audio. But in addition to that, some of the editing and timing is really poor. Amateurs could have done a better job. They had this same problem with the Montreal 81 footage, and finally it has been fixed for the most recent DVD release. They did an excellent job. Rainbow needs a decent release!
Hope this clears it all up.
P.S. Looking forward to reading the article, Kamen!

Seven Seas is already posted... it's from the 3-31-74 show.
Stone Cold Crazy is from November '74, and it's on Rare Live, as well as being one of the B-sides of The Miracle single (My Melancholy Blues from Houston is the other).
