(Bri: I'm gonna play an old song now, do you like old songs? Publikum: Yeah! Bri: We're old too..(grinst) )

That's not correct. Brian said:

Bri: I'm gonna play an old song now, do you like old songs? Crowd: Yeah! Bri: Old songs from old people ...

Fredo.. you listened well.

Hey Fredo I thought he said 'well you're old people' but it was difficult to hear with so many people shouting.

Were you the one who said 'You're the best thing in our lives Brian', it certainly wasn't me.

When Brian asked if we wanted to hear an old song I just thought - they're all fucking old ones these days!

Cheers

No, he said "Old songs from people". And I didn't shout anything - I'm a quiet Austrian guy, I'm not used to shout ... :)

Btw.: Did anyone notice Brian's slightly mistake during the instrumental-part of Love Of My Life?

Everytime I play a drumsolo I feel like the audience is off to a hotdog stand.

Roger Taylor - Wembley 1986

I think the only person who enjoyed his drumsolos was Bonham.. though we will never know

About how long have the Roger solos been lasting at the recent shows? More than a minute long?

I can recall Ian Paice from Deep Purple also enjoying his drum solos... also Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater. He plays the drums with such perfection and always enjoys every minute in front of an audience.
