you mention in your post that you can 'skip' the last 2 files in your bit torrent client.
i use 'azureus'can i do it? and how?

Haven't a clue sorry. Ask someone who actually knows what they're talking about. If I did, I wouldn't have made that mistake in the first place!
Note: skipping the files can make the whole torrent go a lot slower.
When you have Azureus open, open the torrent and go to the tab Files. There you can mark the priority of the files, and choose not to download them. I did that first but for another reason I had to redownload the torrent (had the files removed first) and then I chose to download ALL files after all.
