The Frankfurt bootleg is a really good one. Same for Leipzig. Prague is not bad at all either.
Is there any 2005 tour gig that hasn't been bootlegged at all? I can't think of any.

Mr Scully,
Would you know if these shows are likely to appear here in any form?
Thanks
Steven

From what I heard, is that Anvers (Antwerpen) is pretty good too!!!!
if they all are recorded, why o why are there only 6 available through bittorrent here? ....
C'mon, it's always like this. Some recordings are widely available for free, some are available for trades, some aren't available at all.
"Only" six shows for free download? That's not bad, is it?

Hmm, Freddie, I wonder where you heard about my camera? They took it in Munich and in Frankfurt because it has a 10 x optical zoom, you can take smaller digicams.
Of course, they did not find your "equipment", Jeroen :)

I disagree. As Queen fans, we've never had it so good! In years gone by you would have had to work hard to get decent bootlegs, establish contacts to trade. It took time.
These days everything is almost to easy.
6?!?!?
where?
i can see Milan, Basel, Munich and part of Madrid. where are the others?

Hey Barb!!
Actually... they did take it this time... :-(
And they took it big time! :
It was easy getting inside, but already halfway through TYMD some REALY fucked-up security-twat jumped over the fence, pushed a lot of people aside in a pretty agressive way and started yelling "WO IST DAS CAMERA!?" like he was some kind of army-general. He even punched me on the shoulder!
Then he took me outside the venue where he and a couple of mates started hiting me with a baseball bat and kicked me in the face!
Nah, that last bit was not true! LOL! ;-)
But the rest of it unfortunately is...
But I have to say: the gig made up big time! What a great concert! We went totally mad ;-) Jumping and dancing and singing all over the place ;-) =one of the few, I guess... what an incredibly boring audience!= But definately the best show I had seen so far. (Indeed 'HAD': the next day REALY blew me away! Antwerp was simply Magic!)
Btw: this time we succeeded after the show! The Brixton picture I showed you at the bar is now a proud signed one!! :-D
And that we DID catch on video!! Wohoo!! ;-)
Am I rambling? Sorry... I'm just very excited these days! ;-)
Hope you had a good time too. Pitty that we did not see eachother anymore after the show. (We also lost Luca and Martin while entering the venue... :-(

Oh: and agreed with Scully.
Just be happy there are so many people that are willing to share so much stuff!
Some people invest fifteen YEARS in eventually getting some particular rare bootleg or video. Fifteen years making contacts, trading a lot and getting higher up the ladder to the top of rareness with little steps at a time.
(In some cases people even paid a considerable amount of money for some partiular rare recordings)
(not that I agree on selling this kind of stuff, by the way! Nor would I be a 'buyer'.)
Anyway: within ONE month later, some guy puts THAT particular recording on freakin' Kazaa! Now how would that make you feel??
Imagine also the JOY when you think you've heard it all and you discover that some particular recording excists, that you want to hear BADLY and after years and years of labour you finally succeed in getting it and hearing it for the first time! :-D
Because that's why collectors play the game! This way there's no fun in trading anymore! The hunting; THAT'S what makes it a sport!
Besides: putting a rarity online is cutting yourself too! You offer for trade not so rare stuff? You get not so rare stuff back from other traders. But you give RARE stuff? You get RARE stuff back.
Once something is or has been online it's as COMMON as the single-version of I Want It All.
It's a mechanism that has been working ever since the early beginnings of rock n roll. With EVERY artist!
Am I rambling again?? ;-)
Well, this has been on my mind for a while. I found myself quite annoyed by the amount of people in a certain area of this forum that started almost DEMANDING a show to be online withing 24 hours after the band had left the stage...
Cheers everyone ;-)

Sorry about your camera, Jeroen. The idea is to let them find one and have the other below the one you want to find them. Security people work that way: they never think you have two:) It worked for me two times.
On the other hand you are lucky to have had your wonderful poster signed, so what else can you wish for. Somehow it's sad that the tour is over for me - I was getting used to meet the same people everywhere. Maybe in Cologne in July. I bet you will be there, too:)

Jeroen, I completely agree on your last post. I posted something comparable in the Houston 1977 thread.
However, I'd like to listen to the Antwerp concert a few more times. Do you know if it has been captured in a proper way somehow?
