I don't know why you are posting about it, but fried bologna is indeed da bomb.

I love fried Kosher boloney on white bread with yellow mustard and potatoe chips Smashed! on the sandwich.

I also love fried kosher baloney wrapped around a fried kosher hot dog with Gulden's brown mustard on an egg hot dog roll/bun. Yum!

I like thick sliced bologna fried till it's black around the edges on white bread with mayo, mustard and a slice of fresh tomato.
