The latest is that a man of 28 years old and a woman of 29 have been arrested after they voluntarily gave themselves up.

The arrested couple arrived at a Police Station with a "prepared statement"??? What? "My hand slipped"???!!!

And her father has confirmed that she is paralysed, and communicating by winks, nodds and head movements :(
