Hi, I am David Lee Rocks, longtime browser, first time poster.
Does anybody know who has been supporting "Queen" on the tour around Europe?

It says "Queen + Paul Rodgers with Special Guests", though.
special guest are spike and the bass player.
Really?
That's a con, don't you think?

yea, I would have prefered the fabba chicks or some half nude chicks on stage.

A search for Queen (BM+RT)'s 1992 DoRo jam performance on video would satisfy your latter preference
No, wait, the ticket says "Queen + Paul Rodgers plus support", not plus special guests.
Diamond Dave is right. My ticket says "plus support." I wasn't really counting on seeing an opening act, although early rumors speculated that Wire Daisies might be a possibility, emphasis on "speculated." It would have been fun to see them though.

I think that the "plus support" tag is put on as standard on some tickets by the various printers. There certainly has been no support so far on the tour and can't think that this will change before the outdoor gigs. Judging by the time between doors opening and the time Queen generally appear on stage I think a support Act is a long shot until the July concerts.
The only news we have had on support acts was a post on Brian's Website saying there will be 2 support acts at Hyde Park. As the gates open early for this one and the show starts mid to late afternoon I tend to believe this.
There is lots of speculation on who the 2 acts will be possibly The Darkness and Wire Daises (see other threads in this forum) but no names have been released officially as far as I know.
