Help with RapidShare

Hi guys,
can someone explain to me how the Premium account on RapidShare works? I read in the instructions that " After using all your free-traffic, the account is expired." What is this free traffic?

the free traffic is, as it says, for free. I presume you'll have to pay to get a premium account.

the fact is, when you click to learn more about the premium account which you have to pay for, you see a list of premium accounts, at different prices, with different free traffic space. It says that after this free traffic is used up, the account will expire. I know I'm missing something...I thought that once you purchased the account, you would have all the benefits, with no restrictions.
I was trying to download the Rio concert, and the site put me on hold for 1 hour. I waited that long but no download link appeared! With a premium account you are supposed to get instant access. Anyone is using a premium account? If so would you recommend it?

I indeed saw that, after my posting here. I understood that the minimum premium account has a download of 10GB. Once you're passed that amount you have to take a new premium account. Bigger premium accounts are more expensive but last longer. It's also stated that you have to renew your account yourself, so they will not charge you without asking you. (or something like that)
