Is there a version of The Show Must Go On from this show floating around? I've heard it was dreadful, but curiosity, you know.... I never really liked Elton doing this to be honest. But I'd love to hear it anyway.

Is this the last time where we can see John Deacon live?

Besides of GHIII part of their performance and interviews with Brian and Roger could be seen in the documentary about making of the ballet. Very short snippet from this film is still available on old version of Queen site:

Without any 'probably' or 'perhaps' on officially released VHS with Bejart's Ballet The Show Must Go On was performed without Elton, Brian, Roger and John. It was filmed on other night.

No problems!

For official VHS the show was filmed in Laussane, as I remember, but Queen played in Paris.

Taped. I've seen few of these shows in different venues, there wasn't any orchestras around :)
