That's the show i've waited for. Was a great evening. Will i hear a sound difference between the compressed files you've uploaded and the one you offered for trade? I'm only at dial up modem. And won't download that show if it hasn't a good quality. Would prefer a trade in this case bacause i've been there. Please reply knebworth:-)

while I do prefer flac over MP3, I must ask that if you are going to make MP3s that you do it in a bitrate HIGHER than 128... or at LEAST 128.. the compression in this file is so obvious it is distracting, I THANK you for uploading it but in the future could you please increase the quality or at the very least SAY what the bitrate is for the file. this one was 96.. making it seem as if you had a flanger on it.

the original is not too different from the posted files.maybe in dynamic range but the flanging sound and the little distortion is also on the original.

Well, the "Roger AAAAAHHHH"-thing realy started at RT's solo show in Cologne in 1994. A group of about ten dutchies there, and also there were quite an amount of pretty young girls screaming for Roger all the time. "Aaaaahhhh, Roger! Aaaaaahhh!" The dutchies spontaniously decided to follow their example in their most manish voices and made it an inside-joke. Soon thereafter the now, in Holland, pretty well known 'Roger AAAAAHHHH-gang' was officially founded. The tradition has lived on at every single gig ever since.
Our "Roger AAAAAHHHH!" can be heard just before The Drums Are Back! (right after the first 6 light toms)
We still intend to end up on one of the official tour downloads ;-)

My only question to Knebworth is:
How is that the high bitrate version has got the same "come and go" wave sound?
If the sound is the same for a higher quality version... would there be any real difference having that one so someone would be interested in getting that high quality version? What for?
Could you post a little sample to hear any difference please?
It's so strange to me a higher bitrate version could sound exactly the same...

Shit! I was absent the last two days and now I can't find Leipzig parts 3 and 4. Am I too stupid or are the downloads gone? Anyone have a link or something?

But you can forget really anything in better quality from Knebworth, he wants to trade so anything higher than 96kbit whould mean that some people maybe don't want to trade with him because they find the quality of a 128kbit mp3 enough.
So thats why his mp3's are in 96k

Oh yes, Proton, the gang is alive and kicking. Indeed we had a period of silence (hey, there was no Roger to AAAAAHHHH to, right!?), but now with the new tour most of us dug out our old badges and carried on.
If you still have your membershipcard or badge, you are officially still a member! Shame that you did not join in in Dortmund and Rotterdam! ;-)

Thanx knebworth for that concert, I've been waiting for that so long ;) One could always long for sth more, but for me the concert quality is ok and I wouldn't expect my modem connection to stand any bigger files ;)))
