Help! Should I wait or should I burn?!!

The latest Queen + Paul Rodgers live internet downloads has included the Hamburg version of "We Are The Champions/God Save The Queen".

This means that at least one live version of all the typical set numbers - is now officially available. (Though exceptions like "Wishing Well" and "Let There Be Drums" spring to mind, they could be added to the next burnable set of downloads).

Therefore, should I burn my first official CDs - or should I await for the dreaded taped version of "Bohemian Rhapsody"?

Give it a week or two (or three if you're really patient).

If nothing shows up of BohRap, then go ahead and burn your CD.

I burnt my one Q+PR track on a "Spring Mix 2005" audio CD-R disc this past weekend, and it sounds much better playing the songs from CD than in Windows Media Player, because for some reason WMP compresses the volume/sound, especially when loud bursts happen (a la Dolby Digital).

Burn baby burn!!!

I burned my tracks to disc as I purchased them and havemanaged to then convert them to .wav files and master them for myself. This way, you can burn them as many times as you like.

I wouldn't wait for Bo Rhap.

Wait till you have them all.

Or burn to a non-official disc and have a listen - see what you think

sorry for asking,but what size and format are the official downloads?

.WMA and 3 to 10 meg depending on the song.

I ripped it back to computer and re-encoded it as an MP3, cos I was getting tired of the way Windows Media Player compresses the sound when music files are played.
