I did, this morning - first General Election I've been old enough to vote in so I was rather looking forward to it. Voted for the local Lib Dem candidate, although as I live in Charles Clarke's constituency I doubt there's any chance of getting Labour out, but you never know.

I am happy I suppose. An inept Labour Government is better than a Tory Government.
Guess who's back?

Well here in Norwich South Clarke won as expected, but his majority was cut down from around 10,000 to 3700, which isn't bad. Looks like the student vote was more helpful in making Lib Dem gains from the Labour Party in places like Bristol and Leeds, however.
