hmmm, it's been moved to Friday 15th ... and my band has a gig that night so I can't go.
Cancel your gig and go. Your ticket was given to you by the big man because the reasons we all know, so it`s like giving away a present that Brian has sent to you. But, you`re the one who knows. In case you can`t go, at least guive the ticket to someone who deserves it.

There is no question of cancelling our gig ... Brian will understand. I'm sure he wouldn't cancel a gig because he had a "better offer" elsewhere.
Anyway, we don't want to let down the 100,000 fans who will be travelling to Ilkley just to see us.
