I downloaded the torrent, and the address of the tracker is http://my.tracker:6969/announce .

It says "tracker down" No sources.

Exactly as djaef said. If you make a new torrent, you must have there the right tracker address - so for QZ it's

http://queenzone.no-ip.com:6969/announce

And then you must first upload torrent on tracker itself and after that you can post it to this announce section.

No guy, it's still not right. When you make the torrent (make Torrent 2 is an easy program to use), you have to use the queenzone tracker address. This torrent still has the mytracker address in it. And you should name the torrent better. Not just queen, but something like "Another_World_vid.torrent"
