I have has the worst experience with ordering from QOL shop.I had only received 1 item of 8 i paid for and the response i have gotten is they were "checking with main office".I cant get over the fact that they just wont correct the mistake.Has anyone else had this happen?

I ordered the Guitar Tab book, only to receive the We Will Rock You music transcription... figured it was worth more so I never mentioned it (I don't think they realised, it still said 'Guitar Tab' on the invoice).. Not the same as your problem but things do tend to be very tatty when they arrive..
Has anybody from the US actually received their Q+PR blank CD/insert yet if they ordered one? I sure as hell haven't...
I got my credit card bill through and found they charged me double for a bunch of CDs :S
I have a problem with it too - I can't bring myself to do it.
That said, I did once - wanted those sixpences. Predictably I was ripped off for postage, kept completely uncommunicated-with and generally treated shabbily.
Serves me right for hurling abuse at them for years for overcharging.

My mum ordered me a DVD off there for Christmas and it wasn't in a format that was playable to our DVD players. But I don't think she had any trouble returning it, at least.
