When you posted this topic, I just was waiting to see and KNEW Bob Geldof's children would be on the list. He and Roger's kids have similar...er...names. BOTH Geldof and Roger have children named Tiger Lily which I knew, as well as Bob's other children's er...names, Peaches, and Fifi Trixiebell.

What's up though with Roger and Tiger? He must love Tiger's grrrr. Rufus Tiger, Tiger Lily. (I Love Tigers too, so I can live with that!) At least he didn't name any of his kids Tony The Tiger LOL (from sugar frosted flakes cereal)!

As for Lola Daisy May, I hope Roger knows that Daisy May was a cartoon character in I believe the old USA comic strip, Lil' Abner! LOL!

I have to say though that Moon Unit Zappa and Dweezil Zappa always have and still take the award for weird and hippie 60's antiestablishment, (that was Frank's point in naming them).

But weirder is Fire Vai-Steve Vai's child, never heard that one, as well as Fly for Erykah Badu's child. I am only hoping she named the child in the sense of either Fly like a bird..which is pretty..or maybe she meant it as African American for cool..which is what Fly is here in the USA with African American slang. "Fly" means cool, all that. But you know people are gonna think like the insect! LOL!

Yes Arlene..Fifi Trixabelle Geldoff is one hell of a name I wouldn't have wanted as a child!!!

I guess when you are a Rock star one of the bonuses is you can name your child any damn thing you want, the weirder or more bohemian, artsy craftsy, anti-establishment, hippie, the better.

Sergey, I read all the stuff on Queen, Brian, Roger, the parodies of Queen songs, misunderstood lyrics, etc. pretty funny! Great website.

Grace Slick Of The Jefferson Airplane named her daughter something like Freedom just like Steve Miller (Miller is on the website).

Also, this is a comedian, not a musician, but Richard Pryor named his daughter Rain.

I also used to work with a girl who followed The Grateful Dead and was a Deadhead. She named her daughter Meadow. OK...

My favorite wild animals too. Same reason. Also, one of my favorite songs..is from Rocky III, Survivor's "Eye Of The Tiger". True lyrics about just that. Tigers are winners!

Well, these kids aren't famous, but my neighbors up the street named their kids:

1) Kennedy (daughter)
2) Jagger (son)
3) Emerson (daughter)

These names wouldn't have been my first choice...
