I dunno. Gummi bears are good (CVS and Russel Stouffers (I dunno how to spell it) makes really good sugar-free ones. But, I'd take those sour gummi worms over gummi bears anyday. :-D

Ah, I think salted pumpkin seeds are better than the sunflower ones. ;-)
