Does anyone know whats going on with this?

So now I can't download anything off RapidShare! I have had trouble in the past where my useage for the hour has been used up, even though I haven't downloaded anything and it has also come up saying I'm already downloading something I'm not. So I guess this is what amounts to the extreme downloads. Only thing is, its not me!! Anyone else had the same problem? Any ways you can hide your IP address?
