I made it work on Windows XP SP2 using DOS Box 0.65.
1 - You have to transform your CDROM into .iso files.
2 - You have to mount these ISO using DOS Box.
That's all folks !
Enjoy !

where to get this game?
In a game store. Ask for it this way: I want Queen's pointless game, the eYe.
Did anyone else just give up on the game because of the endless keyboard combos required to move/fight? I found it very difficult to maneuver and never played it more than 5 minutes after several attempts. I play several games online that require manuverability skill to succeed (Quake/Doom/Unreal) but i just could not deal with the keyboard only aspect of The eye.
Too bloody right!! Shite moves and I gave up after 5 minutes!! Difficult keyboard combos as you say. It's just gathering dust - which is the best place for it! You need an encyclopedia to understand the combos and it's difficult to remember them anyway. I've lost the manual so I'm f*****.
The game as far as I'm concerned is forgettable. You can't play it on XP or above anyway. I've just ripped the audio tracks to CD - many instrumentals of tracks so at least I've got something from it.
Anyone interested in having it is welcome!!

You can always set up a dual booting machine with XP and Win95/98
