several years ago i've read that on e of the two Frankfurt 1982 shows was filmed and later broadcasted on german TV. Is that right? Are the parts of Frankfurt shown on the Rare Live Video the snippets of that broadcast?

From first night 7 minutes was filmed (We Will Rock You, Tie Your Mother Down, We Are The Champions, God Save The Queen) and broadcasted on TV. But maybe more footages exist...
I have the DVD On Fire. But the Booklet says the Bonus is from Vienna and Tokyo. Not from Frankfurt. These songs have no overdubbed sound? I've read that's the case on the 7min version and it's 8mm footage.

Oh yes, sorry on DVD video is from Vienna, you're right :) I think Rare Live credits about this Frankfurt snippets are wrong...

Yeh, i have the rare live video as well. Think it was the first video i bought in the early 90s. only Tie Your Mother Down has some snippets of Frankfurt. This should be recorded by on of the two major TV stations in Germany at that time. But i don't think that more will ever turn up. What is the quality of that footage? is it worth to seach for?
