After 3 hours of surgey and a extra 5 hours of induced sleep becuse of a fever, I woke up with the inplant in my ear, I got the new one, only one other person has this new cochlear implant, hopefully it will make me hear a little more better =-)
Now I look like a taliban with this great white bandage wrapped around my head. So far it is ok, with the mass dizziness and feeling of floating when I have my eyes open, all due to go away soon.
Only 5 more weeks, and it will be turned on.
