Why not use the torrent? It was deliberately set at a moderate filesize to give everyone the chance to get it

I don't have a clue about bittorrents how they work? which do u recommend and what about firewall and virus programs would i have to disable them?

And no, as far as I know you don't have to shutdown the firewall (just let it accept the BitTorrent client) and I can't see why you have to shut down the antivirus.
