Private song from Freddie

I once read somewhere (I can remember the article anymore), that once Freddie wrote and recorded a song specially for a small boy who was in hospital suffering from a kind of cancer. The song was eventually played on the funeral of the boy.

Does anybody has some more information about this song (title, lyrics, etc )?

imagine: Your very last with is to have a song written to you by Freddie Mercury, the guy who wrote masterpieces like bohemian rhapsody and march of the black queen.
And then he records something for you and it's a piece of crap like Staying Power (It's even worse!)
