and...is Mad The Swine "original version" the one that can be found on Queen In Nuce? I've read where some people said that its the same version, but they sound a bit different to me.....maybe it was just the remastering that made the official version sound different...

No, it's another version. It's been on some bootlegs before MIH release and contains different to MIH version takes.
