What is your favorite flower?
Mine is the dear one on my dresser that I've had since summer ;) but in general, I like little ones. Tiny little ones about the size of the tip of my pinkey finger. No specific one, they just make me smile because they are so petite and charming.
Also, there is the language of flowers and their symbolism. http://www.pioneerthinking.com/flowerlanguage.html That's a short list. I have a longer one in a document, but I had to collect them over several sites. Good to know just incase you don't want to send the wrong message. The bottom of this link has the message/conversation example: http://www.apocalypse.org/pub/u/hilda/flang.html
And finally, since we all speak different tongues, I'm sure we have different names for our flowers, so it might be a good idea to put up a pic.

Heliotrope. They're beautiful. And they have a certain sentimental value for me.
I love roses, especially white. And the spicy sweet smell of carnations.
Chrisanthemum?
Those ones.
And tulips. They are...tulipy.

With Fire Engine Red long curly hair, who played a ukelele when he sang..in a very high falsetto "Tip Toe Trough The Tulips"
I SAW him LIVE, and perform this in a special concert tour called "The 30th Anniversary of Rock & Roll Tour" TWICE, September 1989 in Maryland, and August 1990 in Florida, with other aging rockers Chubby Checker, Otis Day & The Knights, The Spirla Staircase, The Guess Who..was kinda fun..
but guess who was the ONLY artist the audience cheered for and wanted an encore...Tiny Tim.
I got his autograph!
He died some years ago. Sad...
I love Gladiolas, pansies, yellow roses, daffodils, baby's breath, & heather.
