This may seem like the dumbest topic in the world but...

...what do you think of the TV cartoon Spongebob Squarepants (and I am absolutely sure that anyone who hasn't heard of the show will look at this topic and either say "... ... so this guy is some kind of...sponge that walks and talks and...that is very weird").

I like it.

I like Spongebob! It's a smart cartoon that I think a lot of people can watch without necessarily being kids. I just watched the movie again today. This is what happens we have half-days at school! :)

Well, I met the girl that does the voice for the Squirrel and she is very talanted... shame she wastes that on a show about a walking sponge with pants.. ;p

she did tell me that Tom Kenny (the voice of Spongebob..) and I would get along great, we both have Loads of energy when it comes to goofing off.. ( I kinda did a few impressions myself) She mentioned that when it comes time to do the recording there is so much joking around that there are hours when NOTHING is actually put to tape.

I love Spongebob! It's great!

He's a genious! Have you seen the film ? it's wonderful!!

I much prefer The Fairly Oddparents.

Same here. But before you all mock me...when the show FIRST premiered, and I had not yet watched it, I thought Sponge Bob...was a slice of Swiss Cheese! (come on he does look like that too!).

I told a friend...he laughed in my face. Says he's a SPONGE you fool! And I never laughed so hard. But yeah, I'm a HUGE fan. Have not yet seen the film, but heard it's adorable.

My baby sister is like obsessed with Spongebob.

Let me guess, before you went and actually watched it you went out and looked up any and all interview of the cast, and bought all the magazines they were in just to know what you were going to be watching before you actually sat down and watched it.. ;-p

No....that's only Star Wars and certain movies and music CD's Mister Comedian... LOL!!!!

I didn't even KNOW an I had NEVER heard anything about Sponge Bob until I started seeing these stuffed toys and balloons. They were yellow with holes and his face, arms, & legs. I hadn't heard of the show. One day I even said to my friend...there's that Swiss Cheese Guy. I keep seeing that cartoon Swiss Cheese Guy everywhere I go.

My friend bursted out laughing..says you fool. Don't you know about Sponge Bob Square Pants? It's a kids TV show. That's a SPONGE, that lives at the bottom of the sea. My friend couldn''t stop laughing...neither could I! I still think he looks like Swiss Cheese. Come on!

Spongebob..he's alright.


But Squidward is the funniest! ;-)

I love that show, and finally happy that they are new ones, was kinda getting tired of seeing the reruns 10,000000000000000000 times.
And I just LOVE the movie!

Squidward is my favorite too. I have two Spongebod tee-shirts (gifts from the kids) and unfortunately neither shirt has Squidward on it.
