As far as I know they met during the Cowboys and Indians video footage in September 1987..We know that time he was living with his French girlfriend Dominique and his two little kids..He decided to move with his model in January 1988 after marrying Dominique in the register office...That's what I read!:)

Apparantly Roger married Dominique after they broke up, as a formality to ensure the financial security of his kids or something.
