I started this mix a while back and have become completely stuck with what to do with it, so it is very much unfinished, but I loved the idea of it so any suggestions of what to do further would be much appreciated.
Basically it's meant to simulate the band in the studio working on the song. It's not finished and is only about 1 minute long. Enjoy, comments welcome.
Quite like what your trying to do so far. The only idea I can come up with at the moment is have a kind of Brian vocal "demo" to act as if it was a guide vocal, then at some point let Freddie come in as if he would have got the idea of how the vocal sounds. You could maybe introduce his vocal with a sample of him saying "alright" from one of his live solos. Just an idea...

Nice idea - I like the intro where Freddie says 'Are you ready?' Not sure about the jump from the drum / gutar intro riff in to the next part - doesn't seem to fit somehow, but can I ask how you got the vocals out of that next section? Usually when I try it, something can still be heard in the background, but yours is very clean.

The version is used is the instrumental from The Eye, so thats where it sounds so clean. Thanks for the thoughts so far guys, I hope I'll find the time to continue with this a bit.
