Proposed: Usenet Binary Newsgroup Ratings Systems

Hello,

Since the 1980's the Usenet Binaries have been available.
In today's day and age we have ratings systems in place.
Though intact and enforced, the ratings systems are easily defeated.
There is a huge success of not defeating the ratings systems and that is
good.

Yet, within Usenet Binaries also known as newsgroups, there is no ratings
system.
Not here in the United States, not in Russia, not anywhere on this planet.

To have a ratings system in place indeed would be a more than massive
undertaking.

I have suggested, written of, implied and almost seemed like a political
leader in ordering these into place.
I'm not a political leader.

That's not the point.

The point I am making is that while the Usenet Binary groups are accessible,
I suggest the following.

Any subject header, email for example when you read the subject (title) you
read the topic.

Within the Usenet Binaries, subject, titles are created in a similar manner.

What I propose is a universal worldwide agreement to have a mandatory law
that mandates
all subject and topic titles require a ratings system to include the age of
the person(s)
that are in the binary newsgroup message.

I refer to any binary message of a newsgroup that has any form of nudity.

Indeed this is a massive undertaking if taken.

It will create jobs.

It will create at least a respsonbility that over time will be acknowledged.

Although it is impossible to reconfigure old postings, messages, starting as
soon as possible
any new postings should have a ratings system in place.

The problem is that from the original creator of a file to the near
countless persons who
obtain the files along the way, it becomes more problematic to know the
validity
of a persons age.

Indeed, a massive undertaking.
