This has been a long time coming but anyway...

Innocent or not? Personally I think she's innocent but it's a sad indictment on Westerners that some of them are now asking for their tsunami donations back.

Well i have some interesting news on the matter. My mum works with someone, who works with someone who knows schapelle. And this certain individual says that schapelle has smuggled it before, but this time she was caught.
And if you've ever been to Bali, you'd see that there are hundreds of boogey board bags all the time. The security targeted her.

Unfortunately by Indonesian law if you are found in possession of drugs you are deemed guilty even though someone else may have put them there.

At least it wasn't Singapore - believe it or not they treat chewing gum JUST as much a crime as if you are caught bringing in drugs!

I do think she is guilty.
