It was broadcast for free over the internet and all you need to record the sound is sound recorder, which comes with every copy of Windows.
I didn't try and record the video as the quality is too poor, but the audio is always worth a go, and it's not difficult.
As can be proved by the fact that I successfully taped it.

OK - i think that's what my problem is. the original pc video was not broadcast in good quality?
i thought that a faster and sexier pc than mine would have provided a me with a better quality version - is that not the case? if so, then it is not my pc or pc savvy at fault here.
So to rephrase, are there any good off-air tv broadcast copies available?

I would've recorded it again myself this time around, as I did with 46664 Fancourt, but I was away at a friend's yesterday morning my time when it was broadcast, so I wasn't able to be home to record it to my PC.
Shame, cos I really wanna hear that one track with Zucchero and Sharon Corr
