I also noticed A LOT of spelling errors etc, and some concert setlists completely clashed with what I've seen or heard. Even as a beginner when it comes to bootlegs I know I trust Mr Scully more than I trust Greg Brooks. How can he get things so wrong when he has complete access to the Queen vaults? I noticed (may be wrong though) that he said KYA was played at the Golders Green. I haven't seen this anywhere else and I'm pretty certain that on my audio recording the broadcaster mentions that they wouldn't be playing KYA... hmm...

Sounds like an easy decision not to buy the revised book given that ther still are a lot of errors. It would be nice if Mr Scully's site was available as a book (with a bonus CD of his web site as well) ... dreams sweet dreams

I may be wrong here but I think the new book includes only known setlists while the old edition included ALL setlists - mostly guessed and with errors. So this is an improvement.
Greg says he "forgot" to credit my site so it will apparently appear in the next edition (supposing the first batch - 5000 copies - sells out).
Greg's advantage is the access to the official live archive. So I think he describes in the book some concerts that haven't been bootlegged.
The bootleg discography is IMO useless - because new bootlegs are being issued every week :-)
Btw. my site is dynamic (based on PHP and a huge database) - it's impossible to distribute it on CD-ROM.

What are some of the concerts he gives reviews for that are not on Bootleg? Has he fixed the Zurich shows from 1986? If I remember in the past book he claimed no "WWTLF" was played 2nd or 1st night in Zurich when in fact it was, heard the 2nd night had tech problems and the didnt finish it and no "IWTBF" just skipped to the jam and Brian's solo, so Im looking to see if it is true and he reviewed that show

The bootleg list at the back is pretty good. They are factory pressed CD bootlegs, not home made CD-R ones. Not that many Queen bootlegs are produced any more. Not many European bootlegs turn u pany more, but the Wardour label in Japan have started issuing them quite regularly now.

It is very nice and expensive, but it's enjoyable. They do some interesting formats with pages. With some of the photos, they collage it a bit. There are also some inserts of articles or interviews, one on each member (but I think I've seen half of these on the web, and I'm not a research freak about Queen).
It's about an inch taller than the Beatles' Anthology. The content is actually pretty comparable to that Anthology (except for how it stops mid-Queen, though this is cause it has to do with Queen and Mick Rock, not just Queen).
Comes in it's own box. Nicely bound.
I think depending on where you get it, you can get it signed as well with COA.
