It's not about using naughty words. It's about absolutely inappropriate reaction to somebody's normal ask (maybe silly, but who can say, that everybody is always "clever"). I don't give a flying fuck, if this or that poster is 16 or 50-years old (it wasn't in any way pointed to age).

That reaction tells me, that TLOD is bigger idiot than the starting poster. That's all from my side.

Hmm, OK. But isn't this forum called "Request"? He --requested-- something he couldn't have with such request. I understand it. Maybe he knew it, maybe he didn't - I don't know and, in fact, I ain't interested.
Maybe you know him personally and you do have some reason to be so harsh to him immediately. I looked in this section of forum and found he requested 2 times something in REQUEST forum. Is this really such crime? For what is the Request forum good then? Strange.

And Linda telling me something about over reacting - well, it made me smile. Great joke. I wasn't first over reacting here IMO.

To bring this debate to the end. Do what you like, it's none of my business. But let me the right to not like such behaviour (and from time to time to express it).

I think that it's just normal that people are putting requests here, even if it's begging. Ofcourse if you're new to this form then you ask just everything you want. As longer as you are a member... The better you can judge what you can or can't request.

I agree on some points that this is begging. But that's not the point here! He simply couldn't know that he was requesting a really rare item. And he should be very lucky if someone shares it.

I won't be happy with it tbh, because all the leaches in here would just download it to sell it or just download it and not seed or upload anything else.

Second reason ofcourse is that it is a rare item and it would be a disaster for all the traders around the world. So I'm a bit greedy to the rare stuff we have. May I? I've spent money on postage costs and a lot of time arranging trades. Buying CD's and so on...

I don't say you MUST put it out - it's only on you (and, trust me or not, I could live without it very easily; if I ever see it OK, if not, hmm, I have tons of other music to listen and see (other than only Queen)).

I only wonder, if it's so hard to shortly tell such poster, who requests this (or beggs if you want - but then this section should be renamed to Begging, shouldn't it?): "No, you couldn't have it, because it's very rare and costs me too much, so try to buy or trade it with some effort from your side". Point. All is clear without unnecessary insults.

What I wrote above isn't pointed to you Thijs or to Jerome. I appreciate your effort here, but, sorry to say so, I must agree with Mike too, that sometimes you take things too much personally and you could be then very rude (should you be right in some occasions, but sometimes it's really "over top").

All in all, sharing music isn't one way street. We could help one to another (and I really try, even as I ain't any trader) and I use to think about this everytime before I write anything here.

Hi, I think that evryone can request evrything not officialy release, and who have can share or not, stop! Not bad words, or bad reaction! I'm a Queen fan since 1989 and I know what's is rare, what's not rare and what's officialy release but I saw that: in this forum there are many people who don't know what Queen Production has release during the years, tell me how this people can know what's kind of bootleg are rare...
