Bob Geldof has announced that a special concert will be taking place in Heaven on July 2nd.
Dead8 will feature among others Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, John Lennon & George Harrison, Keith Moon, Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley and with a little bit of luck, Cliff Richard.
Tickets are available by texting "I wish I were dead" to dead8001 and if you are succesful, someone will come to your house and kill you.

I am only going if Buddy Holly makes an appearance - and if the Grim Reaper can guarantee NO Cliff Richard.

I also noticed no Jim Morrison - is that significant? (ie: the conspiracy theories are actully correct?)

Brenski: I think Freddie meant Queen gigs - besides I think he would do it for charity!

PS: Under current logic - will John Lennon & George Harrison appear as The Beatles?

Sounds like a great line up. Not sure if I'd wanna pay the price of admission, though! ;-)
Any chance of Kurt Cobain showing up?
I
What about Paul McCartney? He could join his other Beatles buddies.

Of course he is... since their "Abbey Road" album! :-))
Shoot for the moon... even if you fail you will land among the stars!

Paul has been dead since Yesterday...and Today.

So at least '66.

Paul McCartney = Billy Campbell

I adore both Mama Cass (from my home town, Baltimore MD real name Naomi Cohen), and John Phillips! They better be there!

Dusty Springfield too doing "Son Of A Preacher Man".

Why have a Dead8 when 'The Rolling Stones' are back on the road again... they have been dead for like 30 years.

I mean, just like at Keith Richards. You can't get any more zombie than that.
