Yeah, you're right. Those words were the last ones ever recorded by Freddie. The words "I still love you" were the last ones he recorded in front of a camera.

I hate to bump this topic, but I do believe I've got more answers.
For 5, it is his right elbow he slams on the piano. He also sits on the keys a few times near the end of the tune.
