Guns N' Roses hands down for me. Appetite For Destruction was one of the best debut albums and even though Axl's a self-important asshat, they created some great music. And Slash is amazing, one of my favorite guitarists.

Though, Coverdale's mullett was TOP NOTCH...far better than the Axl frizzy do, which morphed into the long, straight hair, which has morphed into shit-locks.....

In this war, it's a draw for me.
I like the Tawney Kittaen videos, with her straddling David Coverdale's car, I like David Coverdale too, great sound.
Gun & Roses I loved at first, in 1989-1990. Then their antics and Axl Rose's wierdness ind of spilled over into meandering unfocused junk like "The Spaghetti Incident".
Also...if you want a great laugh, the July 2005 issue of Blender Magazine has a cartoon of how the ...er...progress is going on Axl's "Chinese Democracy". Hilarious!
