Pal to NTSC for DVD burning

Been playing around with my new DVD burner and I'm having some difficulty. I've visited videohelp.com, but I am not even sure of what my problem is exactly.

I burned a DVD with some audio sync problems. I suspect this might be related to trying to convert it from Pal to NTSC. The file plays perfect on my computer, but has sync problems once I burn it. Is the problem associated with conversion or am I way off.

Any simplified help would be greatly appreciated (Hint, Hint, Barry :).

I used VSO DivxToDVD for the conversion and it seemed to work fine, that is until I actually burned a copy.

I had no problem converting divx files that were in Pal, but converting a normal mpeg was a pain.

And what's Morpheus, Lisser? I've not come across it.

Thanks for the files, Barry. I'm downloading now and will give them a whirl later on.

I didn't think about trying the disc in another player. I don't have access to one, so I'll have to fiddle about and see what I can come up with.

Worked like a charm, Barry. No audio sync issues at all and I even think the picture quality is slightly improved.

Thanks again
