Another One Bites the Dust.. Detroit Tiger that is..

I am watching the Detroit Tigers losing against the Arizona Diamondbacks in the Top of the 3rd inning, and Brandon Inge just struck out and all of a sudden they played Another One Bites The Dust... I thought that was funny.. they already played We Will Rock You.. the Diamondbacks lead 6 - 0

Of course I am talking Baseball for those of you not familier with these lame teams.

Hey at least they are above .500 for now..

My GOD.. it's 9 - 0 and it's just the bottom of the 3rd..

I agree.. these Tigers need to really get their butts in gear.. the game is just in the top of the 5th and it is already 11 - 0 and that is embarrassing.. I really dont like football and gave up on the Lions a LONG LONG time ago

I think the lions could be one of the better teams this year is Joey starts to get better.

Well.. as if it is a big surprise the Tigers lost. but at least they managed to do some kind of comeback.. they scored 5 runs in the 7th and 2 more in the 9th to bring the final to 13-7 not TOO bad I guess.. although I would have rathered seen them win.

Yea, sucks ass, was 96 today here, like a oven...since it is cloudly and hot the shade offers no relief.

Hey though....I'd have to guess, that if the Wings do come back this upcoming season, the Pistons would still be the best Detroit team....after all, I dont think the Pistons are going to end up losing any major player off their roster, and might even make an acquisition or two....whereas the Wings, whenever the NHL gets started again (which will likely be with some sort of salary cap) will probably not be the same team, between players retiring and them maybe having to cut their payroll.....

and watch out for the Tigers, though.....I wont say they will be a contender, but if Ordonez comes back and is in good form, they might just make a little bit of run.....

or am I just an incurable optimist?

I live in Taylor, myself (in one of the few parts that didnt have a power outage yesterday or today, apparently!)
