When women gain weight, they do so in their boobs, then lose it when they lose weight, so why not a guy with his er..package.

I don't think you'd really have to worry about it.
I'm not an expert on the male anatomy (being female myself), but from what I do know, the important part of the "package" is the muscle, not the fat. He may have lost some of the fat there, seeing as his whole body was SO huge before, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a significant loss, and he would be no smaller than nature intended. :)
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I lost 10 pounds in the Post Office the other day and I was pissed off. I reckon I'd be suicidal if I lost that much.
