Okay, I wondered many years what Freddie says just before Under Pressure at Wembley '86.
It sounds to me like 'the pimes', but I think that's rather impossible.

Thank you. I have wanted to ask that for a long time too as I have no idea what he says too, so anybody wants to chime in.
I've listened a thousand times to that fragment but can't make a thing out of it.
The only thing I suggest he could say is 'the times' but it doesn't make sense. Unless Freddie just thought about that famous newspaper or wanted to make a statement about 'the busy times' with a lot of pressure. I don't know.

I thought he said 'you swines' or something along those lines.
'i have aids and will die in 1991 dears' thats what he says if you slow it down and use the zoom feature on some dvd players to read his lips... i'm sorry that was a stupid joke...but is it a joke if it's not funny...anyway, i apologize if i offended anyone with my stupidity.

It sounded to me like "spines." It sounded like there were chimes or something playing there and they sounded like audio equivilent "getting a chill up your spine." That's probably not it, but that's what it always made me think iof.

I originally thought he was saying "it's time..." but I believe (ir have believed) now what he is saying was "let's find..."
what happened, was the band caught Freddie out and played Under Pressure to early , so Freddie simply said "you swines" to them.
But he says it at the same time as Roger starts the beat for Under Pressure, so that can't be right. I think it sounds more like "there's times...", but that still doesn't make sense.
Perhaps he was going to say something else, as a sort of introduction to Under Pressure, but the song had already started so he didn't bother?
