Well since I can't afford Queen+PR tickets I spent today trying something a little different.

Since I wound up liking and was so impressed with Robbie's ''Angels'' performance at Live 8 so much,...

...I thought, aw, hell, I have an open mind. Give the guy a break. So since admittedly I am totally unfamiliar with his music and videos...

..I went onto his official website and listened to most of his music and watched most of his videos..and...hope you are all sitting down...

...I actually LIKED! much of his music catalog. Yeah I know. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. LOL! :)

The way I look at it, I am so utterly disgusted with most of the acts from the USA in the last 5 years, I was pleased to hear someone who can actually can sing and puts some showmanship and style into their vocals and performances.

Now do not read more into this than I am saying. I am NOT saying he's some great legend talent this and that.

What I am saying is that after 5 years of me enduring Britney, Beyonce, Pink, 50 cent, yada, yada, It was nice to hear someone who has a pretty voice, good vocal range, great showmanship (now I know what people mean when they say he's a great showman), decent and sometimes downright good songwriting and production.

I even watched some live concert footage and his duets/videos with Kylie Minogue and Nicole Kidman, as well as his original videos for ''Angels'' ''She's The One'', and ...''Let Me Entertain You'' which rocked.

Hmmmmmmm Even I am scratching my head!

He`s a great artist and as i said before, you guys in America have been loosing great talents because the Gangsta`rapers have taken power in radiostations and MTV.
Kids in America really think that this is the coolest thing on earth, but it isn`t and when you open your market to other countries music you will be amazed with all you`ve been missing!

Take care

Well hell, USA music sucks (and I can openly say that objectively cuz I'm from the USA).

So...I Love Robbie...and I would love to hear some more UK, Euro, Australian, Latin acts, hey bring em' on.

If they have talent, the A&R record people and music industry people in the USA need to open their ears and wallets to giving record deals and radio play to these talents instead of force feeding us USA homogenized Rap/CRAP and Britney Crap.
