I'd like to know where in London this shop dedicated to queen stuff is located..

I don´t think it is a shop in London. It looks like this is the merchandise store in the Vegas Theatre where the US version of the WWRY-musical runs.

Having been in Vegas on the same day that picture was taken (see my pic with Brian @ http://www.angelfire.com/musicals/wwryvegas) I can tell you for a fact that the picture was taken in the WWRY store in the first floor of the Paris, Las Vegas hotel.

There is a shop in Drury Lane, called Dress Circle. It has some Queen stuff. I was there last year and got a couple of things.

For those who have been there, what kind of stuff do they have there?

The red t-shirts look über cool!! A bit like the Danish (or Liverpool) football jersey. I'd like one of those....
