Okay, my turn for the dramatic, gut-wrenching, "I'm leaving QZ forever/FUCK THE LOT OF YA!!" thread, but I'll do my best to keep it short;
Sick of the bickering, sick of the fighting, sick of not seeing any posts worth reading anymore, you all suck, you're all children, yada yada yada... Oh yeah, and the minor issue of a bad falling out with a particular member (who has issues and takes the internet TOO FUCKING SERIOUSLY!!!) is part of the final straw too. I'm not even coming back to read whatever insults you guys have to throw at me, BYE BYE!!
P.S. Some of you bastards were alright, but you lot know who you are (and if you don't, it's the ones I don't insult on a regular basis - oh, and I also know I'm partly to blame for some of the bitching, but recently it WASN'T ME!!)

My problem might beee that I object to someone making generalisations about a certain group of people (be it Americans, Kiwis or whatever) without any backup. Okay, so you say Kiwis piss you off, fine, why? You must have some sort of a reason, share it with the rest of us. Being one myself, I for one would be interested to know. That's all.

I always find that an 8 month break is good, then slowly ease back in.
An added benefit for me has been the lack of 'peer pressure' in terms of my collection. I was constantly buying Queen stuff either to keep up with other fans, or to impress them or expand my Queen knowledgebase, whatever.
In the 8 months since I left, I only bought 3 things. Couple of old CD singles and the 'On Fire' DVD. So in some cases, though not necessarily your own situation, you can save a fortune by leaving.
