In belated response to livefan's request (http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=586466) for some rare live tracks, I've trawled through my collection and found at least some of them. I see that he already got a link for Silent Night. I don't think they are particularly rare, but what the hell. He obviously couldnt find them :)

He wanted
"Mannish boy"
"Saturday night alright for fighting"
"I'm a man"
"Not fade away"
"Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On"
"Shake Rattle And Roll"
"Stupid Cupid"
"White Christmas"
"Silent Night"
"El Noi De La Mare"

I have a total of 9 songs, filling 40.7MB. They are all 192 or 160kbps mp3, except for GKR which is 128.

The first one I've got is I'm A Man. Mannish Boy, which I am led to believe is very similar, was supposedly played the following night. I don't know if they played it at other concerts. I think they did but I can't remember which ones. :)

The next one is the Jailhouse Rock - Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting - Stupid Cupid - Be Bop A Lula - Jailhouse Rock Reprise medley from New York 77.

Then we have Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting from Seattle 1977

followed by Stupid Cupid from the same gig (it followed straight on from SNAFF actually)

then we have another version of Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting, this time from Fukuoka in 1982.

Then Jailhouse Rock/Whole_Lotta_Shakin medley from Osaka 82.

Not Fade away comes from Wembley in 1984

penultimately is Brian's guitar solo from Barcelona in 86. Supposedly, El Noi De La Mare can be heard in there. I'd have no idea, as I don't know the song :)

and finally, just for good measure I throw in Great King Rat from a gig in New Orleans in 1974...

OK, enjoy.

PS. Last time I'll be doing rapidshare. What a pain. A torrent would have taken 5 minutes. This took an hour. :(

Hi djaef,

Hello from Andorra, I know the song "El noi de la mare" is a old lullaby who sing the people of Catalonia in his own language the Catalan, but I've downloaded the song, and I din't heard the song... I only heard a Brian May's solo, a mix of Brighton Rock and Chinese Torture (The Miracle Album extra song).

Hmmm. I read on queenconcerts.com that that song was supposed to be in that 1 aug 86 show in Barcelona during the guitar solo. It seems it is not. Sorry about that one then...

Nevertheless, it is nice to hear parts of Brian's solo from Barcelona with Chinese Torture, unfortunately he didn't do it at Wembley...thanks oce again for those wonderful rare songs!!!

I'm sorry to say, but White Christmas are not gonna be shared here for a very long time, as there are very few people that has the recording, ie. it is VERY RARE.

Regarding White Christams. What concert is that from? Is that a show from LA in 77?

then again, don't worry. I shouldn't be so lazy. I'll find out myself....
