I think the Kind Of Magic album as a whole was Freddie's best overall performance. Listen to his beautiful falsetto on "Pain Is So Close To Pleasure" and then the sheer rock power of "Gimme The Prize". Absolutely awesome. And he didn't sound too shabby on the tour either.

The Show Must Go On, definitely. And Bohemian Rhapsody. It's got so much emotion and his voice during the opera and rock section has so much power. Death On Two Legs, too...it's passionate and biting and how many singers can put so much into a song that their ears start bleeding?

And Mother Love. That song is even more amazing with everything that surrounded it.

He's got a lot of style in Great Pretender.

Barcelona is amazing.

Love of My Life and You Take my Breath Away are also incredible.

Latter day stuff like Was It All Worth It, Show Must Go On and These are the Days of Our Lives.

Really... there are about 180 songs on my list of favourites.

i agree with the people before who said 'Nevermore' is his best, although there are loads of others. i always liked the vocal on Gimme The Prize too
we've no ancestral halls, no haughty portraits on our walls, no family monuments at all, unless it's my cousin sheila's stupendous clevage.

Well for me, althow it may not have been THE best performance of his carrear, it was definitly the performance with more credit. Obviously, 'Mother Love'!!!
This was the last thing he ever sang on tapo in his live. Imagine a man with almost no flesh, only skin and bones, dieing of an incurable ilness, yet he had such an incredible voice and passion on his singing. He was a professional till the end, like he said: "Taking all this misery but giving it all my soul...". Every time i hear that song, besides making me want to cry, i just get this unbilivable respect for him, that i do not have for any other artist.
Freddie's last words on film was "I still love you", well... We still love you Freddie. God bless
